Where did World Kitchens come from??

Back when we had Taylor Farms, Bruce Pac used to be our supplier of raw materials, specifically sliced to our specs lean meat for jerky curing. Larry Bruce has always been an inovator and facilitator of ideas on how to manufacture a product that is not only superior to what his customer could produce themselves, but top that with a better price than could be achieved with an in house slicing operation. So, in other words, he guaranteed his business with price and qualtiy control.

About the time I sold Taylor Farms, Larry was just getting into processed meats. He started with some pre cooked shreded beef for local mexican restaurants. From there, he worked on some ready to eat meal ideas....Today, he is full blown in the jerky production business. He is currently manufacturing a natural style beef jerky that rivals the old Taylor product.

This combined with my desire to get back to the meat business prompted me to get with him and setup to distribute his products. I have started http://www.jerkynet.com/ as a first stab at selling these products. In just getting this thing started, the consumer acceptance has been unbelievable, to say the least. Check our testimonials page on our website, these folks are going nuts.........repeating with 6-12lb orders!

The World Kitchens line is available in 5 flavors, and all tout the following:
  • Net wt: 16oz......One full pound!
  • Stays fresh with resealable bag.
  • Great taste and texture
  • Natural jerky, made from strips of lean beef, NOT chopped and formed
  • Shelf stable product, requires no refrigeration
  • USDA Inspected

Old Fashioned This is our traditional “like grandpa used to make back home” flavor. If you are un sure as to what flavor to try, this would be a good safe pick. Everyone will like this flavor. This one is cured with a special blend of spices, that will have you coming back for more. One thing I need to warn you on......if you sit down to watch a movie with this bag in your lap, you won’t have any left at the end of the feature!

Brown Sugar Cured This is our traditional “like grandpa used to make back home” flavor.

Teriyaki If Teriyaki is your thing, then you are going to love this one! Some guys make thier teriyaki (in my opinion) overwhelming. You will find this one just perfect. I will admit, this is one of my personal favorites. You will be happy this product comes in a one pound bag...... If you happen to not eat the whole thing in the first setting, the resealable bag keeps the freshness in.

Pepper Cured Don’t confuse this one with the Hot N Spicy. This one is black pepper cured. I’m not saying this one isn’t hot, but if you like hot, and not fire engine hot, try this one, you will love it. Like the other flavors, this comes in a resealable bag that likely will never be used. Like the Hot N Spicy, I know ladies that prefer this one over the sweet flavors.

Hot N Spicy If you like HOT, this one is for you. A special blend of spices and crushed red peppers combine to produce a GREAT jerky flavor. This one will help you figure out just how tough you are. I have found that this is not just a “tough guys” beef jerky. Many of the ladies prefer this one as well.

I have done business with this company and its parent company for many years. Having been in business since 1949, their commitment to quality has been steadfast. Their facilities are state-of-the-art, USDA inspected, Total Quality Control managed and HACCP disciplined. Simply stated, this company produces Beef Jerky “Like grandpa used to make”, but with 21st century equipment and practices, all under the supervision of the USDA food safety program.

Locally they have 3 plants within 25mi. of me. So, the product you buy here is picked up FRESH every week.
Remember: We are meat folks, have been for many years, and are well know in the industry.
This is NOT distressed product, this is fresh production!!
